This overland tour takes you off the beaten path to discover the Africa that is true to its inhabitants and those in love with seeing Africa this way. Starting in the busy city of Johannesburg we head to the coastal paradise of Mozambique. Known for its diving treasures and welcoming tropical flavour. From there we make our way to view the infamous ‘Big 5’ in three of Southern Africa’s best national game parks; The Kruger NP in South Africa, Motobo NP and Hwange NP in Zimbabwe. Experience the magic of Zimbabwe as you wander around the ancient Khami Ruins or walk with the Rhino's. This incredible northbound tour saves an actual ‘natural wonder of the world’ to end with, namely Victoria Falls. Offering exceptional value for money as an overland tour, with new and exciting experiences each day. It is becoming increasingly popular.

Mozambique is an emerging destination in Africa and facilities are not up to the same standard as in neighbouring countries. You may notice this at campsites, in shops, or in ‘on road’ conditions as we travel. We believe that minor discomforts and occasional frustrations with officialdom are all ‘part of the experience’ of travelling over-land in these newly developing areas of Africa. Each Overland tour has an Adventure Pass which is paid to your tour leader in Africa at the beginning of the tour (or pre-paid by arrangement prior to your tour). This is separate and in addition to the Tour Price, and covers selected park entries, activities and excursions along the way where payment goes directly to the supplier to ensure local suppliers benefit directly from the income. The (Optional) Adventure Pass is USD 170.00 per person
