Itinerary
Friday
13:00pm arrive in Dullstroom.
Meet and greet sign indemnity forms and collect ride info. 3pm meet to have short briefing before a 2 hour ride on open dirt roads to assess how we all ride and chat about bike set up and other cycling techniques if required.
17:30pm
have a drink after ride and discuss any info that was mentioned during the first 2-hour cycle. Brief outline on basic technical skills and why we ride a base program in the beginning of a season.
(warm jacket needed so bring to the ride)
Sport nutrition talk –
Nutrition talk food on and off the bike and why. Core and stretching discussion and demo, benefits of stretching and core as a cyclist.
7.00pm: Cooking Class-
Cook your own dinner & ride snacks for best results

briefing for the cycle 7.45 all leave for approximately 100 km depending on the field of cyclists. (vehicle to follow with water and food) back by
