Namibia Photographic Experience

Namibia (Sossusvlei - Swakopmund dunes - Spitzekoppe - San Village)

Day 1) Arrive and visit landmarks of Windhoek with meet and greet dinner at a popular German restaurant ‘Joes’.

Day 2) Depart (4hrs) to Sossusvlei stopping at scenic sites along the way. Arrive at Desert Lodge and concluding day with sunset game drive and desert star photography at night.

Day 3) Sossusvlei sunrise photography (with permits) shooting vitrified forest and dunes visiting Deadvlei and finishing the day off with desert sunset photography or optional game drive. 

Day 4) Depart to Walvis Bay (4 hrs) spend a couple of hours photographing birdlife such as flamingos and pelicans in Walvis Bay lagoon. Depart Walvis (45min) to Swakopmund hotel. Afternoon spent with quad bikes photographing the old Horse grave and Swakopmund dunes.

Day 5) Depart Swakopmund for early sunrise photoshoot in the Moonscape and then drive (1.5hrs) to Spitzkoppe mountain tented camp. Sunset photography of Spitkoppe Arch and mountain range with evening tour Spitzekoppe (star photography).

Day 6) Depart (2Hrs) drive to Windhoek. Afternoon spent photographing local San tribe village finishing with evening dinner.

Day 7) Depart for airport.
