Stop At: The Greek Kitchen, Athens, Attica

The private coach to Galaxidi will be leaving at 8:00 am sharp so be sure to be there on time! Look for the Greek Kitchen Hosts with the logos on the t-shirts.

Duration: 5 minutes

Stop At: Mount Parnassus, Delphi, Phocis Region, Central Greece

The journey from Athens to Galaxidi is approximately 215km and takes around 3 hours including a comfort stop halfway; sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery as we pass through the Parnassus Mountains and historical towns like Arachova and Delphi.

Stop At: Flour Throwing Festival in Galaxidi, Galaxidi, Phocis Region, Central Greece

On arrival in Galaxidi, you'll have an orientation walk of the village with your Greek Kitchen Host; they'll show you the layout of the "combat" and "safe" zones as well as the location of our secret bar and rest area.
Your host will show you the starting location of the event and tell you the time to be back there.
The bells will ring, the mayor will give a welcome speech and the war will commence! Go wild, throw flour and embrace the chaos of the carnival, the war will stop when the flour runs out!
When things have calmed down find a place to eat and relax, wander the village (not everywhere is in the "war zone") and take photos, enjoy the views out to the mountains or even take a walk with a local and his dogs.
The coach back to Athens will be departing at 20:00 pm sharp, don't miss it!

Duration: 9 hours

Stop At: The Greek Kitchen, Athens, Attica

Leaving Galaxidi will be hard, it's so beautiful there you won't want to leave but we will and after the return journey to central Athens you'll be dropped off outside The Greek Kitchen at around 23:00 pm.
