Our cooking sessions start with a visit to our Greek traditional deli shop, one of the most famous in Athens, with more than 2500 local products from all around Greece. There, our executive chef is waiting for you to live an amazing cooking lesson! Our hands-on session is planned around a traditional Greek meal full of Greek delicacies and fresh local products. The menu consist of “Dakos” Greek salad, Santorini fava (yellow split pea dip) with cherry tomatoes, onion and capers, "Pastitsada rooster" Rooster in tomatoe sauce with pasta, Greek custard pie - Galatopita made of fresh milk, thyme honey, raisins from Corinth, walnuts, nutmeg & vanilla. First, we learn how to recreate the dishes and then we all gather around the table to enjoy the “fruits” of our session in a lovely, warm environment. These are the principles of the well-known Greek hospitality! The philosophy of these small group culinary meetings is to welcome you to the healthy and tasteful world of the famous Mediterranean diet and its recipes.
