Full Day Galaxidi Getaway

Your Greek Kitchen Host will introduce you to a wonderful group of local experts who are passionate about what they do. 
The day will begin with collection from central Athens at The Greek Kitchen at 7am, from there we will travel the beautiful 2.5hr journey west to Galaxidi, an idyllic town nestled on the banks of the Gulf of Corinth with views of the town of Delphi and majestic Mount Parnassus. 
Your Greek Kitchen Host will introduce you to a wonderful group of local experts who are passionate about what they do. 
This Greek Kitchen Getaway includes:
- Private air-conditioned transfer to and from Central Athens 
- Experienced Greek Kitchen Host throughout trip
- Beekeeping and honey tasting with a certified apiarist*
- Photo Tour of Galaxidi with a local student (supporting local educational initiatives)
- Olive production and product presentation and tasting with local producer
- Cooking Class with Lunch and a feast of seasonal jams, chutneys, preserves and cheese tasting at a local hotel with an award winning cook
- Free time to explore the town (30 - 45min)
From ages 10 and up.
Please bring a bottle of water, wear comfortable clothing appropriate for walking including closed toed shoes, a hat, sunscreen and your camera! There could be enough time for a swim so bring something to wear in the water and a towel just in case!
*The bee keeping experience comes with full safety gear and there are medical kits on hand for people who are allergic however if you do suffer from bee allergies this is entirely at your own risk.
