After initial confusion with cancellation (due to the fact that i only had limited access to free wifi) I enjoyed my cooking experience and even surprised myself by liking the ceviche salmon. Would have been good to take written recipes home but I understand that chefs are very protective of those. I was promised the best Greek Salad with a twist and he delivered. Session lasted two and a half hours.
