5 Day Nile River adventure and Murchison Falls park safari. (Immersive Tour)

Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls national park.

Stop At: Paraa Masindi, Murchison Falls National Park Uganda
The top of Murchison Falls was once described as the most spectacular thing to happen to the Nile along its 6700km length, the 50m wide Victoria Nile is squeezed here through a 6m gap in the rock and crashes through this narrow gorge with unbelievable power.

It also has breathtaking scenery for photography with friends or personal shots.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 2: Morning Savannah game drive and waterfall cruise along the Nile.

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls P.O.Box 455, Masindi Uganda
After an early cup of tea, you will leave for a game drive in the savanna in search of morning hunters such as lions and leopards or warthogs, elephants, buffaloes and giraffes plus a profusion of birds.

Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Waterfall Cruises - Murchison Falls, Paraa river crossing 1, Murchison Falls National Park Uganda
You will later stop over and relax at a luxury safari lodge for lunch.

After lunch, you will have a three-hour launch cruise along the Victoria Nile to see animals like buffaloes, crocodiles and hippos just by the river banks until you reach close to the bottom of Murchison falls for another photography moment.

Additionally, you could hike for 1 hour to the peak of the falls just at a small additional price and there you will find your driver waiting for you who will drive you back to the lodge for dinner and the overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Jinja for an adventure

Stop At: Source of the Nile - Speke Monument, Bukaya Njeru, Jinja 7675 Uganda
After having your breakfast, we will drive back to Kampala, have lunch along the way and then continue to Jinja, make a stop to visit the sugar plantations before finally arriving in Jinja where you will dine and spend the night.

Day 4: Adventure in Jinja.

Stop At: Source of the Nile - Speke Monument, Bukaya Njeru, Jinja 7675 Uganda
Right after a cup of tea, we will go white water rafting, quad biking, kayaking, or even horse riding.

Rafting is a thrilling activity and is one of the most fascinating tourist activities carried out at the source of the Nile, and it doesn’t need any expertise since you can actually learn on the same day. You will head back to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon go for a boat ride and visit the Bujagali Falls. Dine and overnight at the hotel

Day 5: Transfer from Jinja to Kampala or Entebbe

Stop At: Airport Transfer Entebbe, Kampala Uganda
Following breakfast, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some additional activities that you missed out the day before and then return to Kampala.

You can go for one more activity which you could not have done the previous day before you drive back to Kampala. Stop by Mabira forest to see various primates, trees and birds. Have lunch along the way and once in Kampala, you will be transferred to your hotel or the airport for your departure flight.
