Day 1: Kampala to queen elizabeth

Stop At: Kampala Fair, 25 Bukoto Street (next to Alliance Française), Kampala Uganda
Early morning activity starts from your hotel where our professional driver and English speaking guide will pick you and briefly tell you about the trip to queen elizabeth.

He will then drive you via the west route and you will have a stopover in Mbarara district and have some fruits, for refreshment.

You will continue on your drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will drive hillsides before entering the savannah of Queen Elizabeth National Park. Then, you check into your accommodation for the night and get the then have a rest as you wait for the next day’s activities.

Day 2: game drive and boat cruise

Stop At: Queen Elizabeth National Park, 410 kilometers from Kampala, Kasese Uganda
You will wake up early in the next morning ready for your breakfast and you will continue for a morning game drive. The park’s diverse of grassy plains, forest, rivers, swamps, volcanic craters and river is home to an interesting abundance of wildlife.

After lunch, you will go for the afternoon launch boat cruise at the Kazinga Channel. The Kazinga Channel is a wide, 32-kilometer (20 miles) connecting the two lakes; Lake Gorge and Lake Edward. This is a home of a variety of birds and on a hot day, hippos, elephants, buffaloes, and waterbucks can easily be seen as they bathe and drink water at the water edge.

From the enormous Goliath heron, a statuesque 1-meter high, to the tiny jewel-like Malachite kingfisher, Queen Elizabeth’s bird life offers something for everyone to admire.

Day 3: chimp trekking at kyambura

Stop At: Kyambura Game Reserve (Kyambura Gorge), Queen Elizabeth National Park Uganda
The stunning Kyambura Gorge also called the “Valley of Apes” is located in the eastern corner of the well-known Queen Elizabeth National Park in southwestern Uganda. Approximately 1 kilometer , at its point and about 100-meter deep, this gorge is actually drained by River Kyambura. The landscape is among the most amazing you will see in Uganda and it is a rich wildlife bio-diversity that has primates, wild animals as well as birds.

On this day, you will spend the whole day tracking the chimpanzees. The habituation experience offers you the best experience that will make you get the chance to spend the whole day with our cousins (chimpanzees). You will see chimpanzees starting the day by climbing out their nests and while following their daily activities, you get to learn more about their way of livivng and have them habituated to human life.

Day 4: Queen elizabeth national park-bwindi gorilla national park

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma Kanungu and Kisoro, Kabale Uganda
In the morning, you will drive away from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park where you will drive through the Ishasha in the southern part of the park and look out for some tree-climbing lions in trees

. Throughout the entire world, there are only two places in from where you can find populations of these tree-climbing lions; one being in Lake Manyara National Park in Tz and the other being in the Ishasha sector within Queen Elizabeth National Park.

It is a very breathtaking sight to see the king of the animals up high on the tree branches of the huge trees in this area, lazily resting away as the day goes by time.

In addition to the fascinating population of the tree-climbing lions within the Ishasha, you will be able to see a huge herds of buffalos a number of antelopes, elephants all swithin the Ishasha.

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma Kanungu and Kisoro, Kabale Uganda
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is found in southwestern Uganda in the Rift Valley. Its mist-covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Uganda’s oldest and most biologically rainforests, which is over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants.

Mountain Gorilla

More famously, this “impenetrable forest” also protects an estimated 320 mountain gorillas, roughly half of the world’s gorilla population including several habituated groups which can be tracked.

After an early breakfast and a briefing by a ranger guide, you will enter the gorilla sanctuary for your adventure. The beauty of this rain forest is spectacular. The area offers dramatic steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense, but crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time is taken and the terrain varies with the movements of these great primates. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle and endangered giants is an awesome, exciting experience to be long savored.

Day 5: departure from bwindi to kampala

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Buhoma Kanungu and Kisoro, Kabale Uganda
You will have morning breakfast and get transferred back to your hotel with lunch en-route. Along the way,

you could stop to talk to the local people and take photography at the equator and buy some refreshments and other memorable products to take back home with you to remember that you have been to uganda’s national parks. You will leave with precious memories safely tucked away.
