Entebbe City Tour
Pick up from your place of residence as early as 8:00 A.M, and travel to Entebbe, our first stop over is the Independence Monument. The Independence monument stands as a memorial ground for the day Uganda got her independence. After the Independence Monument, continue to Gadafi Mosque then Kabaka’s Lake.
From the Kabaka’s Lake we proceed to the Uganda Wild Life Education Centre. The Uganda Wildlife Education Centre popularly called Entebbe Zoo is located 15 minutes from Entebbe International Airport, 36 kilometers from Uganda's capital Kampala. The centre cares for rescued animals, often victims of bush meat trade, habitat destruction, or illegal trade. Individuals that can make it in the wild, are released back. Listen to interpretative talks from the keepers and guides who work with animals every day. The animal sanctuary has lions, giraffes, snakes, chimpanzees and many more animals on display, plus children's rides & a play area.
After the Uganda Wild Life Education Centre we proceed to have lunch at one of the restaurants in Nkumba University and have a tour of the University. Apart from the delicious meals you will eat you will be able to have a view of the student life there.
Conclusion of Entebbe city tour
We will conclude the day by taking a short tour around Entebbe town. We will start from the Mayors’ gardens and proceed to tour Entebbe Airport. After the Entebbe Airport we will return you back to your Hotel.
