About this activity
Hand-over of the car
Please visit our sales office. You will be briefed on precautions and accident coverage.

What you will need to bring
- Driving license (every person who will be driving).
- Credit cased used at the time of booking.

What you will need if you are an overseas customer
- Driving license issued by your country of residence.
- Passport
- Credit card
- Travel itinerary
- International Driving Permit (in line with the 1968 Convention (Geneva) concerning road traffic)
*Automobile driving license issued abroad (countries or regions which do not issue an international driving license, but with a driving license system which is recognised as having equal standards as Japan (currently includes five countries and one region: Italy, Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium and Taiwan)) (Limited only to one that is accompanied by a Japanese translation written by a person specified by government ordinance).

Based on the customer’s booking details, we will confirm the customer’s name, hire period and the car model.

The customer will sign an agreement after given a brief on insurance, protection plan and precautions.


We will make a copy of the customer's driving license.


The customer will be given instructions on how to operate the car. The customer will also be taken through a visual check of the car for any scuff or dent to its exterior. We will fill out the visual check form, which the customer will sign.


Drive safely and enjoy the ride.

Return procedures
*All vehicles are hired with a full tank, so please return the car with a full tank.

The customer will be charged accordingly for any extension to the hire period, damage and missing fuel.
