About this activity

You'll need to get to our river base at 3.00pm and from there, we'll take you for a lesson that includes the sights and sounds of the famous River Kwai (the distance depends upon the flow rate that day). Make sure you bring plenty of water (at least 1.5 litres) and a snack, board-shorts, sun-cream and a hat. A dry bag is useful for phones and wallet - if you don't have one, we have them in our shop here. Just email us if you need to buy one and we can bring a few along.

This paddle is not suitable for participants who don't normally engage in regular activity.
