10 days Chobe National Park to Moremi Game Reserve Expedition

Day 1: Victoria Falls arrival

Your guide will meet you at the Victoria International Airport or your hotel. After a short briefing by your guide we head for a lodge just inside Victoria Falls township.Here you can have time to explore the victoria falls

Day 2: Chobe National Park

We rise early and breakfast we you will have a chance to tour the falls again until mid day when we will transfer you to Botswana and cross to the chobe national park where have set up camp for the next 2 nights. All lunches will be had in Victoria Falls. The late afternoon is set aside for game viewing until sunset, when we head back to camp.After Dinner is served, there is time to chat and relax around the campfire.

Day 3: Chobe National Park 

This morning we make an extensive game-drive in the park to see the abundance of wildlife in this pristine area. We aim to be back in camp by noon but if we are lucky and see specials this might even be later. After lunch there is time for shower and siesta before setting of for an afternoon game-drive till sundown. After dinner we enjoy the campfire and listen to the bush-noises.

Day 4 and Day 5: Savuti

Today we leave the Chobe National Park and go to the Savuti. We move camp to the Savuti area where we stay the next 2 nights. A relaxed game-drive takes us to savuti marsh where we have lunch at the picnic spot. Arrival in camp around 2 PM.Then we make a first drive along the dried savuti river to see the many animals who come there to drink.

Day 5: Savuti Area

we will still be in Savuti exploring the area and checking out all interesting places and visiting the water holes to see animals as they come for drinking in the morning and in the evening 

Day 6 and Day 7: Khwaii area

An interesting game drive takes us away of the Savuti , traveling south to Khwaii, our camp for the next 2 nights.The khwaii area is wide with open grassy plains and scattered patchy outcrops is the perfect area for large herds of elephants, zebra and wildebeest and giraffe families, not forgetting the many predators that follow them.We enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush and arrive in camp mid-afternoon in time to still make a short sundown drive.Our staff has again prepared a superb bush-dinner and the campfire will welcome us.

Day 8 and 9: Moremi Game Reserve

Today we make a last game-drive in the area and then head west to the Xakanaka. We pass some some interesting along the road and have plenty possibilities for a "lunch with a view". Arrival in camp is around mid-afternoon and we still have time for a sunset drive along the river. This area has the largest population of elephants in the world and seeing several hundreds a day is normal.

Day 10: Maun and end of tour

on this day we will travel to Maun in time to catch flights back home ore continue with the tour to other parts of the country
