Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m)

Day 02: Drive to Bhulbule(900m) via Besishar (700m) 8 hrs drive

Day 03: Trek from Bhulbule to Jagat (1310m) 6 hrs

Day 04: Trek from Jagat to Dharapani (2140m) 6 hrs

Day 05: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2600m) 6hrs

Day 06: Trek from Chame to Upper Pisang/Lower Pisang (3000m) 6 hrs

Day 07: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3500m) 7hrs

Day 08: Acclimatization in Manang (Hikeup upto gangapurna glacier lake or explore around manang valley to resist your body with high elevation before crossing thorongla)

Day 09: Trek from Manang to yak kharka (4000m)

Day 10: Trek from yak kharka to thorong Phedi(4400m) 6hrs

Day 11: Trek from thorong Phedi to muktinath (3800m) via thorong la pass (5416) 8 hrs

Day 12: Trek from muktinath to Marpha village (2600m) via jomsom- 6hrs

Day13: Trek from Marpha to Ghasa Village (2100m) 6 hrs

Day 14: Trek from Ghasa to tatopani (1200m) 6hrs
