Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu.1, 300m and transfer to Hotel

Pass By: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
On arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport you will be received by our staff and escort you to the Hotel, where our guide will give you a brief orientation of the Hotel, Kathmandu, Trekking / Camping, do's and don't and other related information that you might require while in Nepal.

Day 2: A day in Kathmandu.

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
After your first night in Kathmandu, you will be well informed on arrival about the time for your half day guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu at places of interest.

Kathmandu Durbar Square (World Heritage Site)
This complex of palaces, courtyards and temples, built between the 12th and 18th centuries, used to be the seat of the ancient Malla kings of Kathmandu. There are also three museums inside the palace building.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Swayambhunath Stupa, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swoyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.

Stop At: Pashupatinath Temple, Pashupati Nath Road, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu shrines in the world and lies 5 kms east of the city center. The richly-ornamented pagoda houses the sacred Linga, or phallic symbol, of Lord Shiva.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
It is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Asan, Between Durbar Square and Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Asan is a very popular and crowded local market in Kathmandu. It is inhabited by mainly Newar people (indigenous people of Kathmandu).Meanwhile, people from all over the nation and even foreigners are regular customers and visitors there.


Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Day 3: Fly to Pokhara and begin trek to Kaungaon 1,245m. Approx: 4 hrs walks.

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700, Nepal
As per the flight schedule for Pokhara, our staff will transfer you to the domestic airport for a short half hour scenic flight to Pokhara. On arrival at Pokhara our trekking staff will receive you for a short drive towards the outskirt of Pokhara city to start this scenic trekking. After a short ride, reaching at Bijaypur khola (stream) begin this gentle walk towards the camp at Kaungaon, the walk passes through several farm villages and rice terraces, coming across friendly locals till overnight camp is reached after a gentle first day trek.

Day 4: Trek to Bahun Gaon 1,250m. 4-5 hrs.


Stop At: Begnas Lake, 11 Lekhnath, Pokhara 33411 Nepal
The walk from Kahon Khola is a pleasant gradual walk with an hour uphill to Kalikathan, a rural farm village of mid hill tribes. From Kalikathan the trail is more gradual with few ups and downs all the way to Bahun Gaon for the overnight camp. Bahun Gaon offers panoramic view of Annapurna, Lamjung and Manaslu range overlooking Begnas Lake below.

Day 5: Trek to Syaglung. 1,400m. 4-5 hrs

Stop At: Begnas Lake, 11 Lekhnath, Pokhara 33411 Nepal
From Bahun Gaon, the walk is mostly through the farm villages and rice terraces and small woodlands, after three hours of walk brings you at lunch in Syaglung Phedi. After lunch the walk is mostly up hill all the way till Syaglung village for another three hours. The walk takes on the newly built stone steps half of the way and on dirt trails to the camp at Syaglung.

Day 6: Trek to Begnas & drive to Pokhara. 


Stop At: Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake), Pokhara Nepal
Day 06: Trek to Begnas & drive to Pokhara. 
The walk today is mostly down hill and on the gradual path to Begnas Lake through Lake Rupa, passing numerous villages and farm fields till Begnas Lake is reached for lunch. After lunch, an hour drive brings you at the Hotel in Pokhara by the Phewa Lake Side for the overnight stop.

Duration: 3 hours

Day 7: Drive back to Kathmandu. 200 km. 5-6 hrs journey.

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Morning after breakfast drive back to Kathmandu on the scenic busy highway following the River Trisuli and then a long up hill drive to reach the outskirt of Kathmandu, on reaching Kathmandu check in to respective Hotel.

Duration: 6 hours

Day 8: Free day in Kathmandu

Pass By: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal

Day 9: Transfer to Airport for International departure.
