Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1400m/4593ft)

Stop At: Kathmandu Valley, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Our airport representative will be receiving you at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu. He/She will be displaying your name plate outside the airport terminal. You will be then transferred to your hotel in our private vehicle.
Duration: 30 minutes

Day 2: Drive to Pokhara

Stop At: Pokhara, Pokhara, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
Our guide will pick you up from the hotel around 6:15am and escort you to the tourist bus station. The bus to Pokhara leaves around 7:00 am. A very beautiful landscape will accompany your way while you are on the highway. Green hills, river, waterfall, terrace farms with seasonal crops everything amazing. After enjoying the highway 6-7 hours we reach the beautiful city Pokhara. A beautiful valley set on the banks of Phewa Lake. Around the evening we will stroll arounf the lake area. Your accommodation tonight is arranged in a tourist standard hotel in Pokhara.

Day 3: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and trek to Ghandruk (1940m/6360ft)

Stop At: Ghandruk, Ghandruk, Gandaki Zone, Western Region
We begin our trek at Nayapul after an hour drive in private vehicle from Pokhara. After a short 15 minute walk along the banks of Madi Khola. We the reach Birethanti and trek to Ghandruk, a beautiful village mostly inhabited by the Gurung Community. If time permits, we will also visit the Gurung Museum today. Overnight at Ghandruk.

Day 4: Ghandruk to lower Sinwa (2360m/7742ft) 7-8 hours trek

Stop At: Machhapuchhare, Machhapuchchhre 33700, Nepal
At this juncture, we climb up for around an hour up to Kimrang danda. On the way, we can enjoy the great view of Annapurna, south Hiunchuli, Fishtail and Gangapurna. We step descend to Kimrang Khola and steep ascend from Kimrang Khola to Chere Danda and again we descend for a while until we reach Chhomrong. We decent via 2500 stone steps and cross the bridge above Chhomrong Khola and hike up all the way to Sinwa. The dinner and accommodation are arranged in a lodge at Sinwa.

Day 5: Trek from Sinwa to Deurali (3230m/10597ft) 6 hours trek

Stop At: Deurali 33700, Nepal
After breakfast, we will continue towards our destination. The hike is fairly easy until Bamboo. We pass through a bamboo forest which is damp and cold then ascend steadily with a few steps section. It is only after reaching Himalaya Hotel that the forest opens up and we are out in the sun. The vegetation is sparser allowing magical views of the valley, the river below and the sheer rock face cliffs above with bands of wispy waterfall in Deurali. Overnight in Deurali.

Day 6: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m/13549ft) 5 hours

Stop At: Annapurna Mountain Range, 33500 Nepal
You will feel the bite of thin air today as we climb high above our starting point of Deurali overlooking a river below. We will scale the lateral moraine of a shimmering glacier and then comedown the other side of the glacier bed before reaching the Base Camp. At 4130m above sea level, which is our stopping point for the night.
It’s time to reap the reward of your hard trekking work. We have all day today to wander the basecamp and drink in the beauty and majesty of Mount Annapurna. The sunrise and the sunset are spectacular displays of nature and is not to be missed. Make sure your camera and mobile phone is charged!

Day 7: Trek from ABC to Bamboo (2340m/7677ft) 6 hours

Stop At: Machhapuchhare, Machhapuchchhre 33700, Nepal
From Annapurna Base Camp we retrace to Bamboo. Today trek is downhill, so it shouldn’t be very difficult. Beside, we will always have the company of the extraordinary landscape to cheer us up. Overnight in Bamboo.

Day 8: Trek from Bamboo to Jhinu hotspring (1780m/5839ft)

Stop At: Jhinu Danda, Ghandruk 33700, Nepal
The stone stair case and their steeps awaits us once again. We will trek the bamboo forest passing vibrant blooms of rhododendron on our way to Kuldi after lunch. The trial then descends to Jhinu Danda where we will be resting for the night. Today we will have an opportunity to enjoy the natural hotspring which is just 30 minutes walk from Jhinu Danda in order to relax our aching body. Overnight in Jhinu Danda.

Day 9: Trek from Jhinu Hotspring to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara (827m/2700ft

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700 Nepal
On our way to Nayapul from Jhinu Danda, we walk at the right side of Madi Khola for 4.5 hours to Birethanti which can be considered one of the best and relaxing walk of the entire trek. We reach Nayapul then an hour drive will take us back to Pokhara. Overnight at hotel in Pokhara.

Day 10: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m/4593ft) 6-7 hours drive

Stop At: Kathmandu, Kathmandu, Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
We will be driving back to Kathmandu in the morning. In the evening we will have a farewell dinner in a traditional Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances. Overnight at hotel

Day 11: Transfer to the Airport for your final departure

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today! Alpine Mountain Trek Advisor representative will drop you off at the airport approximately 2 hours before your scheduled flight. On our way back home, we have plenty of time to plan our next adventure in the wonderful country of Nepal.
