Everest Base Camp Nepal Heli Trek 12 Days

• Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu-We will receive you at the Airport and transfer you to your accommodation at Thamel Eco Resort
• Day 2 : Kathmandu Exploration Day-Historic temple and city tour-:Pashupatinath,Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square etc.
• Day 3 : Fly to Lukla 2880 m-trek to Phakding 2740 m-Fly into Lukla .On arrival, start a short descend trek to Phankding.4 Hrs-7 km
• Day 4 : Phakding - Namche Bazaar 3445 m-Trek on flat and gradual uphill trail along the Dudh Koshi River. From this point your first steep uphill walk on the Everest trail starts.8 Hrs-11 Km
• Day 5 : Namche Bazaar-Acclimatization Day-A stopover day in Namche for acclimatization. Hike to Everest view point.
• Day 6 : Namche - Tyangboche 3,800 m-Trek to Tyangboche via Phungi Thanga for about 4 hours. At Tyangboche visit the famous Tibetan Tyangboche monastery.7 Hrs- 10 Km
• Day 7 : Tyangboche - Dingboche 4,400 M-Pave your trail through Diboche, crossing Imja Khola to Pangboche and to Dingboche. 8 Hrs-11 Km.
• Day 8 : DINGBOCHE Acclimatization Day- short 4 hrs hike to a breath taking view point from a hill behind Dingboche.
• Day 9 : Dingboche - Lobuche 4,900 m- Another beautiful day of hike, witness views of integrating mountains, en route visit the memorial for the mountaineers at Dughla pass 7 Hrs 9 Km.
• Day 10 : Lobuje – Gorak Shep 5160 m - Everest Base Camp 5365 m-Walk to Gorakshep have lunch and finally walk to Everest Base camp. Walk through Khumbu glacier, Changri glacier. 12 hrs-17 Km
• Day 11 : Gorakshep - Kala Pathar 5555 meters – Kathmandu-Hike to the highest point of the trek, Kalapatthar – a magnificent view point to the world’s tallest Everest and several other mountains in the Himalayan range. After the sunrise, hike down to Gorakshep; and later walk down to Lobuche or Pheriche. Fly back to Kathmandu on scenic heli tour witness many of the 8000 m mountains along the way. On arrival enjoy a Nepali dinner with cultural show.
