• Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu

Altitude: 1,300m/4,264 ft
• Day 02:Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek preparation
• Day 03Kathmandu to Lukla Scenic Flight and trek to Monjo.

Time Travel: 4 to 5 hrs Walk
• Day 04:Monjo to Namche Bazaar Trek

Altitude: 3,440m/11,283ft. Time Travel: 3 to 4 hrs Walk
• Day 05:Rest day for acclimatization at Namche Bazaar
• Day 06:Namche Bazaar to Tashinga Trek.

Altitude: 3440m/11318ft. Time Travel: 2 to 3 hrs Walk
• Day 07:Tashinga to Mende Trek.
