In Nepal, going to remote corners of the Himalaya by helicopter is a pleasurable and exciting activity and can reach altitudes well in excess of 5,000 m.

The Himalayan range in the north has more than 100 peaks that are over 6000 meters, of which 8 summits are among the world's tallest, and of course, the one and only Mt. Everest is not to be missed. The fertile land in the south known as 'Terai' boasts of abundant wildlife. To add more to your itinerary, you have the Kathmandu Valley with its ancient cities, temples and monasteries, and the Pokhara Valley with its beautiful lakeside town nestled in the lap of the Himalayas. To visit all these areas can be managed within a couple of days without any obstacles.Nepal, having high mountains and beautiful scenic countryside but is easily accessible by land transport, is known as "Helicopter Country." The pilots are very experienced professionals with thousands of flying hours experience in Nepal.

In our Mt. Everest Helicopter tour, we take you directly by helicopter to Everest Base Camp or land on Kalapattar (5,545m) one of the finest viewpoints to witness Mt. Everest up close and the site of the Worlds Highest Cabinet Meeting (held on Dec 4, 2009) where we allow you time to take the pictures and enjoy the scenery. After taking off from Kalapattar, we fly back to Hotel Everest view or Kongde, the helicopter will land at the hotel’s helipad. After breakfast and having a great journey above the high Himalayas the helicopter will fly you back to Lukla and eventually to Kathmandu.
