Introduction to Hatha Yoga and Buddhist Meditation

Early Morning, our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Kathmandu and drive to our Yoga Ashram. After your arrival at the Ashram, you will be introduced with Yoga Instructor and you will get short briefing about the yoga and meditation.

Program Schedule: 

07:00 am - 07:30 am: Omkar,Explanation of Spiritual Walking,Balance;Body,Energy and Mind

07:30 am - 08:30 am: Sun Gazing,Sun Saluation and Relaxation

08:30 am - 09:00 am: Breakfast (Conscious Eating)

09:00 am - 11:00 am: Spiritual Walking

11:00 am - 11:30 am: Herbal Tea

11:30 am - 12:00 pm: Yogasanas/Sightseeing/Village Walking

13:00 pm - 14:00 pm: Lunch (Silence Eating) and Rest

14:00 pm- 15:30 pm: Herbal Tea

16:00 pm - 17:00 pm: Transfer back to Hotel.
