Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and Pre-trip meeting.

Stop At: Gokarna Forest Resort, Nagpokhari Marg 390, Gokarneshwor 44600, Nepal
After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will pick up from the airport and take to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. At evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trip. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, one passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy. During this meeting, please clear the due balance, if any. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving late and therefore are unable to attend the pre-trip meeting. After the pre-trip meeting, there will be a welcome dinner hosted by Luxury Holidays Nepal. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2: A full day recreational tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley

Stop At: Swayambhu Maha Chaitya, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.

Stop At: Shree Pashupatinath Temple, Pashupati Nath Road 44621, Kathmandu 44600, Nepal
Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh Boudha, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.

Stop At: Patan Durbar Square, Patan (Lalitpur) 44700 Nepal
Patan Durbar Square - located in central of city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

The rest of your time is free for further exploration and some shopping nearby your hotel. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan: 160 KM / 5-6 Hrs

Stop At: Chitwan National Park, Main street Hatti Chwok, Sauraha 44200 Nepal
Early morning after breakfast drive to Chitwan. On reaching Chitwan you will be greeted by the hotel representative will hand you the full schedule of the activities that you will be doing throughout your stay in Chitwan.

Activities in Chitwan include:

Lunch followed by a tour of Tharu village and park visitor center. - Sunset view from Rapti River, dinner & cultural program. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 4: Chitwan Jungle Safari-Full Day Jungle Activities

Stop At: Chitwan National Park, Main street Hatti Chwok, Sauraha 44200 Nepal
This day will be filled with different types of jungle and non-jungle activities so in other words, it’s a day to have fun and to learn and observe new things.

Activities in Chitwan includes:

Canoeing & jungle walk. Lunch followed by Jeep safari with evening entertainment. Overnight at Chitwan.

Day 5: Drive from Chitwan to Pokhara: 135 KM/4-5 hours

Stop At: Pokhara Lakeside, Lakeside Rd, Pokhara 33700, Nepal
After breakfast, leave Chitwan for Pokhara (known as The Lake City owing to the large number of lakes in the city). The road first passes through the subtropical jungles and fertile vegetation in Chitwan. As you leave Chitwan, the landscape changes. You will see hills, small settlements and terraced farms. Upon your arrival in Pokhara, the beautiful lake city, you are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas, including Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Manaslu (8,156m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), the five peaks of Annapurna and others. Check-in to the hotel and take a rest. You may also stroll in the streets of Pokhara and just enjoy being in one of the most beautiful cities of Nepal. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 6: A full day Pokhara Sightseeing tour.

Stop At: Shree Bindhyabasini Temple, Pokhara-Baglung Hwy Bindhyabasini, Pokhara 33700, Nepal
Lies in the center of religious old bazaar. It is dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati, yet another manifestation of Shakti. The park grounds offer a fine picnic and relaxing area.

Stop At: Devi's Fall Guest House, Chhorepatan, Devis Fall, पोखरा 33700, Nepal
Locally known as Patale Chhango and in the southern flank of the Pokhara valley is where the stream flowing from Fewa Lake collapses and surges down the rock into a deep gorge, leaping through several potholes. This is hugely popular with tourists and locals alike.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Gupteswar Gupha, Siddhartha Highway, Pokhara 33411 Nepal
The revered Gupteshwor Cave is situated 2 kms from Pokhara airport. The entrance is right across from Devi’s fall and the cave is almost 3 kms long. It has some big hall-sized rooms and some passages where you have to crawl on all four. This cave holds special value to Hindus since a phallic symbol of Lord Shiva is preserved here in the condition it was discovered.

Stop At: Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake), Pokhara Nepal
Situated at an altitude of 800m above sea level, it is the second largest lake in the kingdom. With the Barahi Island Temple in the middle of the lake it is the most important religious monument in Pokhara. Built almost in the middle of Phewa Lake, this two-storied pagoda is dedicated to the female force Shakti. The reflection of Mt. Machhapuchhare and Annapurna can be seen in its serene water. Thick forest lies on the adjoining southern slopes of the lake.

Day 7: Drive or fly back to Kathmandu from Pokhara: 6-7 Hours drive or 25 min flight

You have an option of both driving as well as flying back to Kathmandu. The Pokhara-Kathmandu flight swifts along the Himalayas unveiling Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and Langtang ranges. After returning to Kathmandu, you have the afternoon and the evening to stroll along the streets of Kathmandu for some last-minute shopping. There is a farewell dinner in a typical Nepalese restaurant with cultural performances. You have the option to extend your trip to continue onto rafting adventure, Kathmandu valley shopping tour, mountain biking and other activities.
