Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Overnight in Hotel.

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Welcome to Kathmandu, the capital. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel; We will also ask for your passport photographs and any other details required for your trek permits, at this stage. Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu and meeting with your trekking guide. Overnight in Hotel B.

Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Here you will be formally introduced to your Guide and the activities to be enjoyed over the next few days. After breakfast, we start an interesting tour around Kathmandu. Escorting by an English speaking guide (can provide any language speaking guide on request) the tour will give you a taste of our vivid Nepali culture and history. In our sightseeing tour, we go to Monkey Temple Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square.

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara.

Pass By: Pokhara Museum, Pokhara Nepal
We have both drive and fly options to travel from Kathmandu to Pokhara. The drive to Pokhara will normally take 6-8 hours while the flight takes just 25 minutes. The flight is an optional extra for this itinerary. Pokhara is located about 200km west of Katmandu on the shores of the beautiful Lake Fewa. Pokhara is normally not as crowded as Kathmandu but still busy with lots of visitors since Pokhara serves as a hub for the entire Annapurna trekking region. It has the atmosphere of a relaxed “resort town”. The option to drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara provides an opportunity to experience more of the real Nepal beyond the national parks and trekking trails. The scenery and people you will meet on the drive is also worth the experience.

Day 4: Drive to Phedi, trek to Pothana( 2005meters), 1 hour and 45 minutes drive, 4 hours trek

Pass By: Pothana View Point, Dhampus 33700, Nepal
After breakfast at the hotel, we drive you for about one hour and forty-five minutes on the graveled and bumpy road until we reach Phedi from where we start our trekking journey. From Phedi we trek for about 4 hours on the gradual uphill trail passing rhododendron forests and witnessing diverse bird species to reach Pothana; beautiful place at the elevation 2005 meters from sea level, for overnight stay.

• Dinner: Food would be provided on the MAP basis that means breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with accommodation.
Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 5: Trek from Pothana to Landruk( 1565 meters): 4 hours trek

Pass By: Old Gurung Museum, 5 Kaski, Ghandruk Nepal
After the breakfast at the hotel, we continue our trek following the flat route through the forest for the initial 3 hours of the journey then trek on the sloppy and slippery downhill trail for 1 hour to reach Landruk village for overnight located at the height of 1565 meters from sea level. During the trek, we can see the culturally adorned village Ghandruk.

Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 6: Trek from Landruk to Forest Camp (2520 meters): 5 hours trek

Pass By: Annapurna Mountain Range, 33500 Nepal
After the breakfast at the hotel, we leave Landruk taking gradually ascending trail for beginning 1 hour then after climb stony steps for 4 hours to reach Forest Camp; located at the elevation of 2520 meters from sea level, for overnight stay. During the trek, we would have the chance to encounter different animals like bear, tiger, deer, cervine and many more.

Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 7: Trek from Forest Camp to High Camp (3550 meters): 6 hours trek

Pass By: Mardi Himal, Chame Nepal
After breakfast, today we trek for almost 6 hours to reach High Camp for overnight stay. At the starting phase we continue journey trekking on steep uphill trail for 2 and half hours that runs through dense forest until we reach Low Camp then take rest for 30 minutes at Low Camp and proceed our journey walking on steep ascending trail for 1 and half hours to reach Badaldada where we would have our lunch at tea houses. After having lunch we trek for 2 hours to reach high camp at the elevation of 3550 meters. During the journey, we perceive the vision of Fishtail, Dhaulagiri, and Mardi Himal.

Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 8: Rest day along with hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500 meters)

Stop At: Mardi Himal, Chame Nepal
Today is special day as you would climb uphill trail to reach the final destination Mardi Himal base camp at the altitude of 4500 meters and enjoy the achievement you have got reaching the main point of destination where you would forget all the pains you have felt on your muscles during the journey and take the snaps on signature pose as memoir for lifetime than after spending some time at Mardi Himal Base Camp you descend to High camp for overnight stay.
Duration: 2 hours

Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 9: Trek from High Camp to Sidding (1700 meters): 4 hours trek

Pass By: Annapurna Mountain Range, 33500 Nepal
After the breakfast at the hotel, we continue our return journey trekking on the steep sloppy and slippery trail for 4 hours to reach Siding; located at the height of 1700 meters, for overnight stay. Along the way, we would take tea break for 30 minutes at the place nearer to Low Camp then continue the journey towards the Siding. During the trek, we would share the trail with Yak, Horse, and mule as well as receive the greetings of “Namaste” from hospitable locals.

• Lunch: Food would be provided on the MAP basis that means breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with accommodation.
Accommodation included: You will be accommodated at local tea houses and will be served the facilities provided by local teahouses.

Day 10: Trek to Lumre, drive to Pokhara: 5 hours trek, 3 hours drive

Pass By: Pokhara Museum, Pokhara Nepal
After breakfast at the hotel, we continue our trek towards Lumre walking for 5 hours to catch the jeep for the return drive to Pokhara. At beginning, we trek on the gradual downhill trail for 1 hour until we reach Kalimati River then cross the river and follow the flat route for 4 hours to reach Lumre crossing small villages Kalimati and Ghalel and enjoying the awesome scenery of Limrung waterfall that is falling from the top of the hill creating rhythmic sound. From Limrung we would catch Jeep and engage on 3 hours return drive to reach Pokhara for overnight stay.

Day 11: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu. Overnight in Hotel BD.

Pass By: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
After breakfast in the morning, you say goodbye to Pokhara and head back to bustling Kathmandu by road. You may also choose to fly back to Kathmandu as an optional extra to your itinerary. You will be delivered back to your Kathmandu hotel at the end of today’s travels.

Meals included:
• Dinner: You will be warmly welcomed at Kathmandu with a farewell dinner at a restaurant as an honor of a successful trek.
