Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Our airport representative will be receiving you at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu. You will be then transferred to your respective hotel in our private tourist vehicle. In the evening, you will be practicing your first yoga and meditation glass with guru. Afterward, we will have dinner together and sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Yoga + Ayurveda Sauna + Steam Bath + Ayurveda oil massage + Shirodhara Ayurveda treatment + Hiking
Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
First thing in the morning, you will be given massage to soothe tired muscles with the energizing hands of our traditionally trained Ayurvedic Masseuse. We’ll then ask you to join our purpose designed yoga sessions are for beginners through to advanced yogis. The aim of which is to open your lungs and rejuvenate your circulatory system, pushing much-needed oxygen to your cells to restore your vital energy.
Your morning yoga session begins with a simple physical exercise to a larger spiritual value of life, connecting human value to superconsciousness. We learn a real art of living performing yoga and meditation.
Afterward, we take one hour drive to Nagarkot directly to view the beautiful sunrise with the fresh glance of the magnificent views of the mountains. There are several pleasant strolls to explore the local village and surroundings too.

Day 3: Yoga + Hiking
Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Wake up early in the morning and we will perform nose cleansing. After nose cleansing, one can benefit from breathing exercises. Your lungs and the respiratory passage will be cleaned and supply the blood with more oxygen. As a harmonic conclusion of such a small program, you can do “The alternate nostril breathing” to gain an even better balance and clarity in the brain.
Jamacho is one of the popular short hikes in Nepal. At the top of a hill in Shivapuri National Park, there is a Buddhist shrine called Jamacho Gumba. A view tower stands there which offers a bird’s-eye view of the Kathmandu valley and on a clear day, you can see the magnificent Himalayas in the north. And on a smaller hill below you can see Swayambhunath aka the Monkey Temple.
In the early evening, as the setting sun turns the lake a silvery purple beneath, it means time for yin yoga. You will be led through moon salutations – a sequence of 14 stretches. The final session of the day involves chanting Sanskrit mantras, with Mantra playing a harmonium and guru thrumming tabla drums.

Day 4: Yoga + Philosophy
Stop At: Kathmandu Durbar Square, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
In this very last day, we'll find your breath within Asana (postures) & Pranayama, whilst stretching your back, quads, hamstrings & calves - all necessary for you to achieve your goal. We'll work together to strengthen your immunity system and psychological tolerance for hard work you've planned ahead.
You will also be given a philosophy lesson as Yoga classes contribute to the development of a healthy body, a healthy mind, and healthy thought. It also helps one achieve a balanced, harmonious and integrated development of all the aspects of their personalities. Yoga is a pathway to true, happy, and healthy living.
