I had a great guide called Joshi.Well informed and spoke fluent English. It was very interesting seeing the villages being rebuilt from next to nothing. Also, it was very heart warming no one asked me for money. which of course i gave. It's a fair amount of walking over bricks, so make sure you have the right footwear. i just did half a day, for me it was enough. If you have a few days in Katmandu I highly recommend this tour.
