The I structions where to meet were not acurate... we were waiting until two minutes before our time and no one showed up.. so I wandered along the dock and found the trolley car myself.. the driver asked if we had seen the rep. And we said no, but we had been waiting and no one showed up. I think we would have missed the trio had I not wandered and found the driver.. it needs better instructions on where to meet... the trip itself was good the driver good and knowledgeable.. didn't see any wildlife..
Jeff, our driver, was knowledgeable about city and totems. Stopped at Totem Park and hatchery area for wildlife view. We were even picked up at Berth 4 and taken to the start of the tour and then offered several options of where to be dropped off. Really appreciated that by the end of a week of cruising!
Jeff, our Guide was very courteous, informative and apologetic of the poor Instructions from Booking. Email with instructions gave wrong address for pick up from our cruise ship and no instructions on where to find check in booth. No call back after numerous calls
