Itinerary

Pass By: Southernmost Point, Whitehead Street, Key West, FL 33040

The Southernmost Walk is for people who are visiting Key West and want to learn the history and the culture of our tiny island in a short time (if you are a cruise ship customer or a first-timer, this tour is perfect for you).

The tour meets at a famous Cuban sandal factory - Kino Sandals. From there we start our journey towards the Southernmost Point of the continental United States.

Along the way, you will learn the fascinating history of our island. The local guide will show you the most popular landmarks and will introduce you to local culture. You will learn about industries like wrecking salvaging, cigar rolling, sponge harvesting. After the tour, you will have the necessary knowledge of Key West history and many more fun and unique insights.

The tour duration is about 1hour 30 minutes (depends on how many people participating) and we will walk about 1.4 to 1.8 miles.

What to bring:
Hat, sunglasses, and sunblock is a must.
Bring at least one bottle of water for yourself. We will walk and it gets hot.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Sneakers are the best option.
Camera or your phone to take pictures.
Your adventurous spirit :)

The Southernmost Walk takes place in rain or shine. Ponchos will be provided if necessary.
