Itinerary

Day 1: Transfer to Akagera National Park

Stop At: Akagera National Park, Rwanda
After morning breakfast around 10:00 Am, our English/ French speaking tour guide will meet you at your hotel or elsewhere in Kigali city, short briefing and drive to eastern part of Rwanda to Akagera National Park.

Arriving in the Akagera National Park (2, 5 Hrs away from Kigali), transfer to headquarters for registration and then proceed on half day game drive viewing drive in this African savannah park & Boat ride on Lake Ihema, lunch as picnic. Drive back to the south for diner and overnight.

Meal plan: Lunch & Dinner

Overnight: Ruzizi Tented Lodge
Duration: 4 hours

• Lunch: Our guests will have a picnic lunch and a dinner.
Accommodation included: Overnight at Ruzizi Tented Lodge, a 3 star lodge.

Day 2: Full Day Game Drive & Transfer Back To Kigali

Stop At: Akagera National Park, Rwanda
06:30 Am, Breakfast at the hotel

07:00 Am, drive deeper into the park crossing the Mutumba hill, concentration today is further to the north of the park in the open Savannah plains overlooking Tanzania. This area has the biggest concentration of wildlife in Akagera National Park so expect to see so many animals and beautiful scenery.

Picnic lunch en-route, drive back to Kigali for your onward flight or other schedule.
