Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to your hotel in Kigali.

Pass By: Kigali International Airport, KN 5 Rd, Kigali, Rwanda
Arrival of your flight at Kigali International Airport. Meet and greet assistance. You will be warmly welcomed by Vazquez Tours & Travel Ltd representative together with your driver guide who will shortly brief you about your tour in Rwanda and Immediate transfer to your hotel in Kigali city.

Arrive at Hotel Des Mille Collines for check in; dinner and an overnight.

Day 2: Kigali City Tour & Transfer To Akagera National Park.

Stop At: Kigali Genocide Memorial, KG 14 Ave, Kigali Rwanda

08:30 Am, after breakfast, before making your way to Akagera National Park, you will embark on a city tour of the Cleanest and friendliest city in Africa. The tour offers in-depth knowledge of Kigali’s bitter past and its bright future assuring that you feel a connection with the vibrant city’s heartbeat.

After the city tour, you will have lunch at one of the best restaurant in town.

After having your lunch around 12:45 Pm, our tour guide will drive you to eastern part of Rwanda to Akagera National Park. Arriving in the Akagera National Park (2 hours and 30 minutes driving from Kigali City) transfer to headquarters for registration and then proceed on Boat ride on Lake Ihema.

After the Boat trip, you driver guide will transfer you to your lodge, Ruzizi Tented Lodge for check in; Dinner & Overnight.

Day 3: Full Day Game Drive & Transfer to Volcanoes National Park.

07:00 Am, after morning breakfast, proceed on game drive in this African Savannah Park. Plenty of animals can be seen, including; Elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes, Zebras, Hippos, Rhinos, Crocodiles, and also many other mammal species. Known as one of the most scenic Savannah's in East Africa, the game drive in Akagera National Park provides you with opportunity to also view gentle hills blending beautifully with lowland swamps and Water bodies.

lucky visitors might stumble across a leopard, a spotted hyena, even a stray lion. Giraffes and zebras haunt the Savannah and more dozen types of antelope inhabit the park, most commonly the handsome chestnut-coated impala and worlds largest Antelope, the statuesque cape Eland.

Lunch en-route. In the afternoon, exit with more games viewing en-route and transfer to Volcanoes National Park in Musanze – Kinigi in the north western side of the country. Arrive at Five Volcanoes Boutique Hotel for check in; dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Gorilla Trekking Experience & Cultural Safari.

Stop At: Volcanoes National Park, Musanze Kinigi, Ruhengeri Rwanda
06:00 Am, Breakfast at the hotel

06:30 Am, after an early breakfast, your driver guide will transfer your to the Volcanoes National Park Headquarters for registration and briefing. Your driver guide will assist and facilitate on identifying gorilla family to visit.

Tracking can be between 90 minutes – 6 Hours depending on what family group assigned. You will spend 1 hour with the Gorillas – sometimes moving around to stay with the gorillas or following them. The guide will ensure you are in the best spots to take the most beautiful pictures and experience the breathtaking properly.

You will then drive back to the hotel for lunch and refreshment.

Later in the afternoon, you will visit Gorilla Guardians former Iby’iwacu cultural village. This cultural village displays a traditional lifestyle of a Rwandan including dress code, food growing, processing and preparation, their wedding traditional ceremonies and interpersonal relationship within the community. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Visit King's Palace Museum (Nyanza) & Transfer To Volcanoes National Park.

Stop At: Butare catholic Cathedral, Butare Rwanda
07:00 Am, Breakfast at your hotel

07:30 Am, after your breakfast, transfer to Nyungwe National Park. On your way to Nyungwe, you will visit the newly built King’s palace at Nyanza. The King’s Palace Museum is based in Nyanza District,

Mutara III Rudahigwa’s palace offers a Detailed into the Rwanda Monarchial system and It’s abolition in early 1960s due to Colonialism. The Palace was restored to its 19th century state as a Replica and was made entirely with traditional materials. Recently the long honored royal cows ‘Inyambo’ were introduced because cows form an integral part of the Rwanda culture and were initially the King’s symbol of prestige.

After visiting the King’s Palace Museum at Nyanza, you will have lunch and proceed to Nyungwe National Park. Arrive at One & Only Nyungwe House, for check in; dinner & overnight.

Day 6: Chimpanzee Trekking & Canopy Walk.

Stop At: Nyungwe National Park, Butare Rwanda
04:30 Am, After the morning breakfast, you will proceed to the park headquarters for briefing at 05:00 Am and after go trekking Chimpanzees. During trekking you might spot primates like the Colobus Monkeys plus viewing other inhabitants of the forest like birds and butterflies.

Later return to your lodge for lunch and refreshment.

14:00 Pm, Later in the afternoon, you will drive to Uwinka visitor’s center for the canopy tour. The two hour walk on top of the forest offers you impressive views of the Nyungwe forest and the wide variety of species that thrive there, including primates and birds.

Return to your hotel for dinner & overnight.

Day 7: Transfer Back to Kigali.

07:00 Am, after breakfast you will check out of the hotel and begin your journey back to Kigali city. You will make a stop in Butare to visit the Ethnographic Museum; the largest Museum in Rwanda with over 100,000 artifacts that bring out the history and traditions of Rwanda in Detail.

Lunch at one of the best restaurant in Butare. Later drive back to Kigali city, Proceed to Kigali International Airport for your departure flight.
