This early morning we will head to the eastern part of Rwanda to visit Akagera National Park, hugging the boarder with Tanzania. The varied terrain shelters wildlife including zebras, giraffes, elephants, lions and hundreds of bird species, such as the rare shoebill stork. In the southern part of the park, vast Lake Ihema is home to hippos and crocodiles. Keep your camera fully charged to take the most amazing photos of wildlife in Akagera. Return later that day back to your hotel in Kigali. Lunch included.
