Jamaican Food Tour of Kingston

Pick-up from Kingston Hotels between 9:00 - 9:30 is included in the tour, which will take you through the city by bus. The first stop will be at the bustling market in downtown Kingston, to purchase fresh, seasonal fruit (cost of market purchases are not included).

Be immersed in the colors, scents, sounds, and tastes of one of the island's largest markets. Next, visit one of the best curry restaurants in the city, where you will choose from one of several Jamaican curry dishes. Then try some of Jamaica's famous 'jerk' food - a traditional method of marinating and slow-smoking meat over Pimento wood. Finally, taste some traditional 'patties' - baked pastries stuffed with spices and savory fillings, which are a staple of Jamaican cuisine. Finish the tour at Devon House a grand 18th century mansion where you will sample locally made ice cream.

You will be dropped off at your hotel following the tour at around 2:00 pm.
