Portland Nature and Eco Tour

This 3-day locally guided tour takes you on an unforgettable exploration of Portland's must see and best sights. Bask in nature, relax on the beach, go river rafting and on nature walks through the rain forest. Portland is located on the east side of the island, and is best known for its' beaches, waterfalls, rainforest, peaceful environment and tranquility of nature. Your tour begins with a pickup from the airport or your hotel, you are transported to your Portland hotel where you jump right into the adventure with an afternoon on the beach where you will be served refreshment and a delicious seafood meal. It can be hard to de-stress from the rigors of daily life. Nothing beats a relaxing day at the beach. Day 1 Dinner included.

On Day 2 you will visit the blue lagoon, a favourite among celebrities for a peaceful getaway from the limelight of stardom. Swim in the mineral waters and experience the warm and cold water of the underground spring meeting the Caribbean Sea. A few options are available here, which includes taking a boat ride around the blue lagoon to the Monkey Island beach or paddle a canoe. In the afternoon, you will drive along the sea coast to Portland's natural waterfall -Reach Falls and stop for an authentic Jamaican lunch. Day 2 breakfast included

A trip to Portland would not be complete without taking a bamboo raft trip on the Rio Grande. This is an early morning adventure which allows visitors to partake in a variety of nature and adventure activities within the Rio Grande Valley including river rafting and hiking to a hidden cave. You will experience nature at its' best and take a lunch stop along the river. Day 3 breakfast and lunch included.
