The beauty of Ang Thong National Park seen from a traditional wooden sailing boat with all comfort on board for an amazing day out in the open sea and visit one of Thailand’s most stunning marine national parks.
Our driver will be waiting for you at your hotel lobby and drives you in comfort to the embarkation point where this ship is ready to sail off out in the Gulf of Thailand and in direction of Ang Thong National Park. Onboard facilities include all modern amenities and comfort one may expect when boarding such an amazing sailing boat. The crew aims to set sail at around 8:30am.
Ang Thong National Park consists of 42 islands of which all are uninhabited and comprises an area of in total 102 square kilometers. This protected environment creates a safe habitat for many mammals, reptiles and birds and houses small islands each with its own characteristics; from white sandy beach to limestone cliffs and hidden caves that demand to be explored. Our stops include beaches at Koh Wua Talab, the emerald lake on Koh Mae Koh and ending the day with a stunning sunset from the deck. A great lunch will be served on board while you and your travel companies simply admire the beauty of Ang Thong National Park.
After the sunset, the captain will put the compass needle back in the direction of Koh Samui and you’ll arrive at around 6:30pm at the Petcharat pier and further transferred back to your ‘home far away from home’ on Samui.
