Half Day Cooking Class - Jungle Kitchen

Pick up from hotel / home around Samui followed by a trip to Chilling Hill in the the centre of Samui island at the top of a hill where Tamarind Tree Cooking School is located. The weather is a few degrees cooler than at the coast There guests will be offered a welcome drink and a tour of the organic gardens and Durian orchard before starting to learn about the ingredients used in the class, some of which will be collected from the gardens. Cooking is carried out using traditional tools and techniques; no electricity is using in the class. Guests will learn to cook three or four dishes before eating their own creations on the kitchen terrace with views over the jungle. Guests will then have a chance to relax , explore the gardens of Chilling Hill, take a drink at the bar or take photos in the beautiful light as the sung oes down before returning to their pick up location
