DAY 01 – Arrival Cochin
Greeted by our representative at the airport and move to your hotel. Kochi, as it is called now, offers you the best of history and culture anywhere in the state.
DAY 02 – Cochin
Today you can go for a sightseeing tour of Cochin which include - The Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church, the Santa Cruz Basilica, the Dutch Palace, the Spice market and the 15th century Chinese fishing nets believed to have been brought by Chinese traders. In the evening, witness traditional Kathakali dance.
DAY 03 – Cochin – Houseboat
Drive to Alleppey, embark on your private houseboat and cruise on the Backwaters, a splendid area full of canals, lakes and coves.
DAY 04 – Houseboat – Kumarakom
Disembark from your houseboat at Kumarakom, slumbers on the banks of the famous Vembanad Lake. The Vembanad Lake with its majestic canals, streams and distributaries along its banks weave an intricate and enchantingly beautiful web.
DAY 05 – Kumarakom
Day at leisure on the backwaters.
DAY 06 – Kumarakom – Periyar
Drive to Periyar an area known for its undulating hills, spice plantations, and elephant sightings. One of the 27 tiger reserves in India, the Periyar valley in Thekkady is the oldest. Check into your hotel. Enjoy Spice plantation tour and elephant ride.
DAY 07 – Periyar
Today you will be enjoying boating into the Periyar Lake to witness the wildlife.
DAY 08 – Periyar – Kovalam
Drive to Kovalam, one of the most popular beach destinations in Kerala and check into your hotel. Kovalam consists of three adjacent crescent beaches separated by rocky headlands, of which the southernmost Lighthouse beach is the most famous.
DAY 09 – Kovalam
Day at leisure on the beach.
DAY 10 – Kovalam– Trivandrum – Departure
Departure transfer to Trivandrum airport for return flight.
