Authentic Indian Meal in a Heritage Home in Fort Kochi

Meet at Nivin’s beautiful heritage home in Fort Kochi. Once you arrive, Nivin will serve you a soothing welcome drink and speak to you about the cuisine and culture. 
Nivin will be cooking up a Syrian Christian style meal. He will teach you 1-2 unique dishes, passed down in his family since generations, he may also show you how to make Appams, a Kerala-style pancake made from rice flour. Soft-spoken and kind hearted Nivin, will keep you engaged with his stories and tell you about the best local places to visit.
After your cooking session with Nivin, you will get to enjoy a delicious and authentic Syrian Christian meal that would include a soothing homemade passion fruit juice and some wonderful dishes like chicken soup, Kerala Stew enjoyed with Appams, Kerala style Roast (duck/beef/pork) with Potatoes, Nivin’s special Prawns with Long Beans, mix vegetables sautéed in homemade spices and to end the meal, Payasam (rice pudding flavoured with dry fruits).
This experience focuses on the charm of visiting an Indian family at their home and learning about their culture and cuisine. 
The entire experience can last for about 2-4 hours.
