Watch them prepare aromatic dishes, taking you through their unique recipes, tips and quirky experiences as Kolkata residents. Meet your host at his traditional Bengali set-up and begin your experience with a brief tour of the house. Relish a traditional Bengali meal with dishes like pulao, dal, beguni (crispy eggplant fritters), alu jhinge posto (potatoes, zucchini, and yellow pumpkin), chingri malai curry (coconut cream prawns), and bhetki paturi (mustard paste coated sea bass). For dessert, you might try payesh (sweetened rice pudding) and other sweets. End this gastronomic experience with a cultural takeaway.
