About this activity
Day 1 – Transfer from airport or coast to ethno-village in the Piva Region
Day 2 – Rafting on Tara River
After the breakfast we will take approx 40minute scenic drive through Piva canyon to reach rafting meeting point. During this thrilling tour, you will have approx. 2.5 hours of rafting on the most attractive rapids of the Tara River, a visit to a waterfall and plenty of opportunities for photos & swimming. Then it is a short drive back to the rafting camp for a domestic lunch. After lunch, a leisurely drive takes you back to the ethno-village for diiner and overnight stay.
Day 3 – Ice Cave Hike
The day starts with a hearty breakfast before a short drive to nearby dairy farm, from where the ‘Ice Cave Hike’ starts. You will hike mainly on logging trails, through the dense forest which offers welcome shade on a summer’s day & a variety of wild seasonal fruits (strawberries, raspberries & blackberries). The hike will take us to the Ice Cave, once used by locals to harvest the ice for use in the dairy farms. This tour lasts approx. 5 to 6 hours and it finishes back at the farm for a homemade lunch before returning to ethno -village for another overnight stay.
Day 4 – Kayaking on Skadar Lake
Day starts with breakfast and drive to Skadar Lake. After the safety brief and familiarization with equipment kayak tour will begin. Kayaking excursion is an easy 3 to 4 hours, guided circular trip around the lake's freshwater beaches. Transfer to accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5 – Canyoning in Medjurecje Canyon
After breakfast, short transfer to canyoning starting point, issuing safety equipment and safety brief memorable and exciting canyoning of Medjurecje canyon will commence. During the course of approx. 6hrs in addition to hiking through water, you will also experience a number of abseils (repelling) down waterfalls from heights ranging 15 - 30 meters and jumps/slides from various heights to the natural water pools below.
Day 6 – Transfer to accommodation at the coast & Free Day
Day 7 – Coasteering on Lustica Peninsula
Day starts with breakfast and short transfer to Herceg Novi Marina. After scenic boat ride, visit to disused submarine shelters and approximate 40min boat rides we will arrive to the Coasteering starting point at the Arza Fort. During the course of approximately 4 to 5 hours you will be negotiating the coast line, by rock walking, scrambling, jumping and swimming. Also you will experience high jumps and venture in to the caves squeezing through narrow passages and visiting unspoiled underwater caves. After visiting Blue Cave, you will embark the boat, for the return journey, where energy snacks and refreshments will be offered.
Day 8 – Transfer to airport or Kotor Bay area.
