Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Pass By: The Church of St. Matthew, Embankment, Dobrota, Kotor Municipality 85331 Montenegro

The seaside promenade in Dobrota runs for several kilometres along the shore beside numerous little stone jetties and old palaces, which are different and more splendid than anywhere else. As in Perast, Prcanj and other places in the Bay of Kotor, the large number of churches still today witness to the strong faith of the old people of Dobrota. St. Matthews Church, 17th century is also place to find very good restaurants, and little seafront cafes where you can truly enjoy the old surroundings of the Bay.

Stop At: Our Lady of the Rocks, Island in Boka Bay, Perast, Kotor Municipality 85336 Montenegro

Our Lady of the Rocks is one of the two islets off the coast of Perast in Bay of Kotor, Montenegro (the other being Sveti Đorđe Island). It is an artificial island created by bulwark of rocks and by sinking old and seized ships loaded with rocks. The Roman Catholic Church of Our Lady of the Rocks is the largest building on the islet; it has a museum attached. There is also a small gift shop close to the church and a navigation light at the western end of the islet.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Risan Mosaic, Risan bb, Risan, Kotor Municipality 85337 Montenegro

In 1930, the foundations of a grand villa were discovered in Risan, complete with wonderfully preserved Roman mosaics from the 2nd century AD. The building’s not much to look at from the outside, but within, you’ll find a dining-room floor decorated with flowers, herbs, grapevines and squid, while other rooms have intricate geometric patterns. Best of all is the bedroom, with its glorious depiction of Hypnos, the Greek god of sleep, reclining on a pillow.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Ferry Kamenari-Lepetane, Kamenari Port, Kamenari, Herceg-Novi Municipality 85342 Montenegro

You will reach the other part of Bay taking ferry from Kamenari to Lepetane. The price is 1 euro per person.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Our Lady's Temple of Prcanj, Prcanj bb, Prcanj, Kotor Municipality 85335 Montenegro

It’s said to be the biggest religious building on the Adriatic coast and it certainly dominates this little town in a God-is-watching-you kind of way. It was begun in 1789 but not completed until 1908, when Catholics were in the majority in Prčanj.

A grand stairway leads up to a terrace offering commanding views of the bay, enjoyed by the slightly bug-eyed statues of St Peter and St Paul on the church’s baroque facade. Inside is an interesting array of sculpture and a skeleton displayed in a glass coffin.
