This tour involves basically a taxi service from Krakow to Auschwitz, not a guided tour from Krakow. Once at Auschwitz, you are put into a group of about 24 instead of what this advertises as a group of 6 small tour. The group of 6 is only for the taxi part of the tour and it is not a tour. There is no guidance or tourist information shared along the way like some other tours we took. Once at Auschwitz the tour was good. The guide was very well educated and communicated well. The sound sets are always a little hit and miss and as with most guided tours, there is not enough time spent at each place to fully appreciate what you are seeing and really experience it all. For the price, it wasn't a bad tour, I just don't think it was what was advertised.
Had a small problem in coordinating the pick up but other than that it was a great experience. The guide was very knowledgable and story teller so that one could really understand the extent of the drama that took place in these camps. Something anybody should do once in life. Highly recommended.
