The trip was really well organised in terms of pick ups, transportation and entrance to both camps. However we found our guide, who was with us at both camps, to appear unenthusiastic and monotone which resulted in the experience not being as we had expected. This was a real shame as everything else was great.
They are new operators on Viator and that gave me initial pause. But it shouldn't give you pause. The operator was great! They picked us up on time and clearly went over the instructions and what to expect. When we arrived at Auschwitz, our fairly large group maybe 20-25 people was assigned a tour guide and off we went. It's a lot of walking so bring comfortable shoes. The entire tour lasted about 3 hours on site and an additional 1 hour each way for travel. It is more expensive than just going to Auschwitz but you are paying for the convenience and for that, I found it to be good value.
