Stop At: Kazmierz The Former Jewish District, Szeroka 24, Krakow 31-053 Poland
Since 14th century till 19th ,Kazimierz was an independent city, apart from Krakow. Nowadays it takes part in to Krakow historical city.
We will feel more than 600 years of jewish history and culture during our visit in this neigborhood through: synagogues, museums and old houses that today takes part of our nightlife.

Day 2: Nazi Occupation in Krakow 1939-1945
Stop At: Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory, Lipowa 4, 30-702 Kraków, Poland
Deutsche Emailwarenfabrik, most well kown as Oskar Schindler's Factory (a former metal item factory where the krakow jewish were hardworkers) nowadays is hosting the Historical Museum of the City of Krakow. The permanent exhibition is about Krakow during the nazi occupation a expo with photos and videos of that hard years.

Tadeusz Pankiewicz was a Polish Roman Catholic pharmacist, operating and helped a lot of jews from the Kraków Ghetto during the Nazi German occupation of Poland.
Nowdays his pharmacy became a part of the Historical Museum of Kraków. The wartime activities of Pankiewicz and his staff are featured in an exhibition on the history of the Jewish ghetto in Kraków.

The building located on 2 Ulica Pomorska became the Gestapo headquarters in Kraków. Pomorska Museum features documents, archive material, photographs and the old cells where the Gestapo would interrogate their prisoners.
