Big surprise to see cathedral and figures carved in to the the salt Our guide was very knowledgeable. Not many places in the world to experience life underground

The gathering was very organized and smooth. The tour was very informative and at a good pace. The departure was a bit disorganized and we lost at least 30 min waiting for Italian and French speaking groups to get back to the bus.

A great day. The driver collected us spot on time and the whole day was so well organised. I would recommend this company and would definite use them again. The salt mines however were good to see but I thought the tour was quite long and not quite what I expected. A lot if the tour was just walking through tunnels in the dark.

First thing, you need to be reasonably fit as you have to descend many, many flights of stairs. We had a guide for our visit who was very knowledgeable but everything seemed a little rushed, The mine itself is very interesting, the statues are a bit eerie but the history of the miners was also fascinating. I enjoyed the experience.

The bus pick up service was great , the drive to and from location was pleasent . The salt mines tour itself is beautiful to see but i felt it wasn't what i was expecting. If anything i was expecting a little more. The tour guide was lovely and had a sense of humpur but overall i felt like it was crazed up more then it actually is.

Very interesting trip with an excellent guide. Wasn't sure what to expect but enjoyed this better than I thought I would. It has been extremely well presented for tourists. Liked the underground lake which was dark when you went in and then the guide illuminated the cavern and classical music played. Not terribly suitable if you have mobility issues.

I had no idea what to expect on this tour but it was amazing!! The guide was very friendly and very knowledgeable and the salt mines themselves were something out of this world. If you are looking for something a little different I would recommend this day tour from Krakow.
