You will also be able to see mango trees, papaya plants, lemongrass (an important ingredient of the khmer cuisine), tomatoes & corn fields, etc. Depending on the season, you will be able to see lots of different farms along the road.

Stop At: Salt Fields, Kampot Cambodia

Visiting the Kampot salt fields will let you take a closer look at how the ocean water is let into the field and left to evaporate naturally into salt. A must see activtiy.

Kep Crab Market is a amazing cluster of local market stalls selling fantastic local seafoods avalibale in the Kampot province!
