Day 1: Siem Reap - Angkor Temple

Stop At: Angkor Thom, Angkor Wat, Siem Reap 17259 Cambodia
Our journey starts at the monumental magnificence of Angkor Thom – the last capital of the great Khmer Empire - via the South Gate. The Great City of Angkor Thom is one of the central points within the whole Angkor Complex, which was probably more opulent than most European cities in the late 12th Century.

Stop At: Bayon Temple, Angkor Thom, Siem Reap Cambodia
Part of the greater Bayon temple complex are lesser-known temples yet boast a very interesting story; the Phimeanakas Temple within the Royal Palace enclosure, Baphuon Temple, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King belong to the whole complex and are within easy walking distance of each other.

Day 2: Siem Reap - Angkor Temple -Banteay Srei

Stop At: Angkor Wat, Siem Reap 17254 Cambodia
Your guide and driver wait for you in the early morning at your booked hotel in Siem Reap and head to the main gate of the Angkor temples and make your early morning stop to see the sunrise.

Return back to your hotel for breakfast and we move back into the Angkor temples to admire some of the other amazing temple ruins that define Angkor and make it a proud member on the UNESCO World Heritage Site list.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes

Stop At: Banteay Srei, Siem Reap Cambodia
. After lunch, go beyond the Angkor complex brings you to another favourite temple amongst visitors – the enchanting Banteay Srei and Banteay Samre. It appears that the temple was designed to leave no space undecorated, and the fine carvings in pink sandstone are quite unique and what some consider being the best carving of all and in an amazing state of preservation.
Duration: 45 minutes

Stop At: Cambodian Cultural Village, Airport Road # 6, Khum Svay Dang Kum Krus Village, Siem Reap Cambodia
On the way back to Siem Reap, stop at a village to observe how to do the rice field and how to collect sugar palm (depend on season, best period October to April) with a coconut drink.
Duration: 1 hour

Day 3: Siem Reap - Tonle Sap - Ta Prohm

Stop At: Tonle Sap Lake, Lower Mekong Basin Cambodia
Take a boat trip on Tonle Sap and visit of floating village. (Note: During the dry season (March-July), the low level of the Tonle Sap River does not permit visits to the fishing village .The excursion will be replaced with a visit National Silk Center of Pouk.)
Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Stop At: Ta Prohm, National Road #6, Siem Reap 17252 Cambodia
After lunch, we visit a favourite amongst visitors because it has become part of the jungle, Ta Prohm was built in the late 12th century by Jayavarman VII as a shrine to his mother and is another must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. While clearing back the forest, it was decided to leave them in place to serve as a reminder of how the original discovers found it and other temples.

  • To visit the Bakan tower of Angkor Wat temple, visitors are required to wear proper attire, covering shoulders and knees, as this temple is considered as a sacred site for the Khmer people (no short skirts nor short trousers)
  • Children under twelve years old are restricted not to climb up the tower
  • The tower will be closed on the Buddhist Sabbath Days, the Buddhist religious days and four days a month in accordance with the Lunar Calendar
  • During the dry season (March-July), the low level of the Tonle Sap River does not permit visits to the fishing village. The excursion will be replaced with a visit to the National Silk Center of Pouk
  • It is recommended that your arrival flight be in the morning so that you have plenty of time to enjoy your lunch at the hotel before your tour in the afternoon
  • It is recommended that your departure flight be in the late afternoon or evening from Siem Reap
  • We will do all possible to comply with any dietary requirements during this excursion; it may not always be possible to confirm your wishes in advance based on the choice of local restaurant.
  • This tour includes obstacles of various kinds that may not make this excursion suitable for wheelchair users. The obstacles comprise of unpaved roads, small boats and cruise embarkation and disembarkation and insufficient facilities to provide a comfortable sightseeing tour.
  • Part of this excursion includes walking over unpaved roads and paths. This may not suit guests with walking issues. Bear in mind that such paths may turn slippery / muddy after a rain shower. We suggest wearing good walking shoes, preferred closed shoes, when booking this tour.
  • To respect local customs and respecting the religious sites and temples on this tour, it is customary for guests to take off their shoes before allowed entrance at certain Angkor sites. Your guide will inform you in advance for which of these sites this is applicable.
  • Please ensure that you bring sunglasses, a hat /cap and sunblock with a high SPF factor when traveling with us on this tour – even when it is cloudy, the sunrays still have an immense power.
  • We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the excursion in case of unfavourable weather conditions or situations where we are forced to make alterations to guarantee the safety of our guests.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct flight information, should pick-up and drop-off services be included in the package. Any changes in flight details outside 48 hours will be handled accordingly: changes within 48 hours may be on request.
  • To avoid any issues pertaining obtaining an arrival visa at the airport, please ensure that your passport contains at least two empty pages. Failure to do so may result in not gaining entrance into the Kingdom of Cambodia.
  • Check-in and check-out times are regulated by each individual hotel and in general (exceptions are available for which we cannot be held accountable), check-in time at hotels are not before 14:00 hrs as check-out times are before 12:00 hrs.
