About this activity
Day 1: Angkor Archeological Park
You will be pick up from tour hotel at 8:00am and driving to Angkor Thom city which cover an area of 10 square km. we will make a short stop at the South Gate of Angkor Thom to get an impression of the 4 faces, continue to visit Bayon temple (smiling faces), Baphoun, Phimean akas, Elephant terrace, Terrace of the Leper king
We leaving Angkor Thom city to visit temple along the small circle, Ta Prohm is the major temple (Well known as Tomb Raider), we will stop for lunch at a restaurant in the Angkor Park, after a tasty lunch we will continue the tour at Angkor Wat, then make our way back to the hotel
Day 2: Phnom Kulen national park
We will pick you up at 8:00am and drive 1:30hr to Phnum Kulen or Lychee mountain, on arrival we will visit the River of thousand Lingas and the water spring, reclining Buddha and short trek in the jungle, we go on to the waterfall relax and swim, lunch will be taken here, after we return back to the hotel
Day 3: Beng Mealea distant temple and Kompong Pluk stilted village
Your jeep tour to Beng Mealea and Kompong Phluk starts with you being picked up from your hotel around 07:00hrs Your journey will drive through the rural villager to visit Beng Mealea temple. After visit the Beng Mealea temple tour will continue to Tonle Sap Lake, on arriving at the boat dock we boarding the engine boat and travel on the river along the flooded forest to Kompong Pluk stilted village, On arriving at the village you will stop at local restaurant for lunch and relax, during your lunch you can discuss the way of life and how people live from day to day in this stilted village. After lunch we will visit the island Pagoda by boat or foot depending on the season we are in. The village is built on stilts because in the wet season the whole area floods. That’s why it is called the stilted village. A trip on a paddle boat will take you into the main flooded forest of Kompong Pluk which is the largest one remaining in Southeast Asia. You then get back on engine boat and taken you out to the open lake where your guide will explain to you the unique elements of Tonle Sap Lake.
After experience the unique scene of Tonle Sap lake we will make our way back to Siem Reap. Approx arriving around 15:30pm
