I was picked up on time from my hotel and my tour guide, ganesh, was very informative and polite. He answered all the questions I had about wherever we went. As there was sometime left before the end, he even took me around a few more places in the city. I had a good time

This tour was made wonderful because of tour guide Ganesh. Batu Caves was the highlight, but the knowledge he shared about everything we saw was priceless. We highly recommend him and this comprehensive tour. It was great.

Batu Caves and Petronas Towers was very good, but the tour per se was not up to our expectations: we missed some historical sites. The presidential palace and the National Mosque are impressive buildings, but there are mosques and old buildings like the old railway station that have a heritage value but were not part of the of the tour, and visiting two retail outlets was not that exciting. The tour guide was excellent though, but paying USD 290 for such a tour was too much for a couple with a child.

Ganesh, our guide on this tour, was excellent. He bottles of water and bananas for us , which was a nice touch. His manner was very easy going, which meant that we did not have the feeling he was rushing us. He answered all our questions with great sensitivity and knowledge. He even thought that we were very fit because we managed to reach the second temple within the Batu Caves. This was a nice touch as we are not spring chickens but do keep ourselves relatively fit. A very comprehensive tour of Kuala Lumpur, which finished with the iconic PETRONAS Towers Observation Deck.
