Skip the Line: Kuala Lumpur Petronas Twin Towers Admission Ticket with Delivery

We booked paid and had confirmed tickets a week before leaving Australia for Petronus Twin Towers or so we thought. I received a confusing email the morning of the visit to advise they were sorry but no tickets available. Couldn't contact them through any of the contact details provided so turned up at the Towers at the booked time just in case but no luck. Of course this meant we didn't get to go up the towers as at this stage all tickets for the 4 days we were in KL were sold out. If they were honest and up front they would not have accepted the booking in the first place and we could have sourced tickets elsewhere. Extremely disappointed and pretty angry as well.

SCAM!! Never received tickets. I went to the ticket office to buy my own tickets or would have missed the attraction. Went to stand in line at 8 am and it was painless. Just beaware the people usually at front of the line are the local ticket resellers. Also I don’t know how you get expedited. We showed up 15 min before scheduled time and they only allocate so many tickets per time and you get a color coded neck band. Each color gets so much time on the bridge, the 86 th floor and also the 83rd floor. Don’t trust viator to help either. They told me they will just escalate this within their company. My kids would have been super upset. Viator should not let your companies sell tickets that they do not have. Tickets are 80 ringet at the ticket stand for adults. Kids 2 and under are free.

A total dissapointment. My children were so looking forward to visiting the Petronas. On receiving my email confirmation from Viator I thought it was all ok however when we got to petronas we were informed that a eticket should have been email to us. I tried contacting the number provided by Viator this was the local tour agent. No one answered!!

We got an amazing view..We did not get a queue i guess it's because it was at night. The Surveniors shop at the entrance had fair prices compared to other places.

Though these tickets are priced almost double the price you'd pay at the Tower ticket counter, you'd be assured of tickets for your preferred time slot. Counter tickets are almost always sold out well in advance. We had our moments of anxiety though when the lady at the check in line told us that we were issued "Group tickets" and that we need to be part of the larger group. She had to consult her colleagues before letting us in. The lift ride up to the tower was nice and the observation deck offered breathtaking views of the city. We went for the 6.30 pm ride which was ideal...we could see the city against the backdrop of the twilight skies. The whole event takes about 45 minutes and you'd be down on ground zero in time for the fountain light and sound show.

When we arrived to the hotel, the tickets were already at recepcion. Great experience for tourists!!

Well very satisfied with both Viator and their local agent who supplied the pre booked tickets. Although initially was expecting a e ticket through email based on the communication that “ticket will be sent separately as the purchase voucher was not the ticket “ and no separate email with the ticket was ever received . This created a little panic. But the customer service at Viator and the local agent legion managed the situation exceptionally well. Although the responses was not quick . But at the end the tickets were delivered to me at the entrance as promised by Mr Ganesh and we enjoyed every moment all worked out very well At the end . Thank you everyone both Viator and Legion parking local agent.

This is an experience not to be missed. The views from Petronas Towers are truly spectacular. The speedy boarding to the towers enabled through the Viator pre-purchase ticket option - a must!

Brilliant and so worth it

The Petronas Twin Towers are a feast for the eyes and a wonder of architectural world. The design, the material, and the skill used is matchless. No man-made structure can match the Twin Towers, the signature of Malaysia. The staff and the management was equally magnanimous. I would like to visit again with another bunch of friends.

There was really no line up in the morning but it was great to receive the confirmation with tickets in our hotel the day before.

It was great to have our tickets delivered to the hotel and not having to worry about standing in line. The twin towers visit is well worth the time. I am afraid of heights but thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The views are spectacular!
