Stop At: Gombak, Batu Caves 68100 Malaysia

This Full-Day trip starts with a hotel pickup at Kuala Lumpur around 3.30 pm and proceed to Batu Caves.Batu Caves is a limestone hill that has a series of caves and cave temples in Gombak, Selangor, Malaysia. It takes its name from the Sungai Batu, which flows past the hill. It is the tenth limestone hill from Ampang. Batu Caves is also the name of a nearby village.

Stop At: Sri Shakti Temple, Bukit Rotan, Kuala Selangor 45700 Malaysia

The tour continues with a drive to Kuala Selangor. We will then visit Sri Shakti Temple. Sri Shakti Temple is the only temple in the world where manifestations of all 51 Shaktis are installed. Consciously interspersed within this space are 96 carved pillars that depict the 96 universal principles of Hinduism. The temple’s main entrance comprises 18-foot high sculptured granite frames weighing up to 4 tonnes, carved by skilled craftsmen from the ancient city of Mahabalipuram in Tamilnadu, India. After that, we will have a quick stop at palm tree plantation area.

Stop At: Altingsburg Lighthouse, Jalan Bukit Melawati, Kuala Selangor 45000 Malaysia

Atop the hill sits the Kuala Selangor Lighthouse, also known as Altingsburg Lighthouse. Built in 1907, this lighthouse is so well maintained that it is still in use today, to guide ships that sail along the Straits of Malacca. Hence, the lighthouse is lighted up from 7pm to 6am daily. We were allowed to climb up the lighthouse but only to the first level.

Stop At: Bukit Melawati, Kuala Selangor Malaysia

Around 5.30 pm, we will proceed to Bukit Melawati to see Fort Altingsburg and a lighthouse on a hill top surrounded by tall trees that are a heaven for local birds, silver leaf monkeys and long-tailed macaques. Other than that, you will be mesmerized by the sunset on the top of the hill.

Stop At: Kampung Kuantan Firefly Park, Batang Berjuntal, Kuala Selangor Malaysia

Tour may be done at Pasir Penambang Firefly due to some unforeseen circumstances.

Around 7:00pm you will proceed to a nearby fishing village for a typical set seafood dinner by river side before making your way to the boat. Embark on a boat to be rowed along the river. Now, it’s time to see the fireflies in all their dazzling glory and splendor, like twinkling electric lights on a Christmas tree.

Note: We will proceed to Pasir Penambang Jetty or Kampung Kuantan Jetty.

Your driver will transfer you back to your hotel and you will arrive in Kuala Lumpur around a proximity 10:30pm after a wonderful and unforgettable tour.
