About this activity
Day 1: Kuching – Saloma Homestay
Meet our driver at your hotel lobby in the morning. Then, proceed to Semenggoh Orangutan Centre for a chance to witness the semi-wild orangutans’ activities during the feeding time. After that, proceed to Sadir Village where you will check in at Saloma Homestay. Take some time of relax, while your host prepares a traditional Bidayuh lunch. After lunch, embark on your journey to the original Bidayuh Longhouse and get to know the Bidayuh tribe’s culture.
In the afternoon, return back to your homestay. Free at own leisure before dinner time. After your hearty meal, you will have optional activities of going to night safari walk or just take a good rest for and get ready for tomorrow activities.
Day 2: Saloma Homestay – Kuching
Wake up early morning and enjoy your local breakfast. After that, gear up and start trekking the jungle trails towards the beautiful crystal clear waterfall. Feel free to take a dip in the refreshingly cool water while enjoying the sound of nature. A local native guide will be there to explain about the flora and fauna that are found in that area while trekking. Continue to trek back to your homestay for lunch be departing to Kuching. Our driver will drop off at your hotel in the mid-afternoon.
