About this activity

In the morning, driver and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel (within the second ring road of Kunming) and bring youto the Western Hill. Up the western hills, cultural temples are mixed with natural cliffs, Taoist grottos, flowers and forests. Especially when go through the stone corridor carved into the face of the cliff, you can really feel how dangerous and difficult work it must have been to build all this. Visit a big Taoist Grotto close to the dragon gate and on the mountain top, you can enjoy a big panoramic view of Kunming.
After Lunch, you will drive to the Nationalities Village, a village that reunites Yunnan’s 26 ethnic groups. There you can see what makes each of Yunnan’s minorities unique and learn more about their culture and traditions.
At the end of the day you will be brought back to Kunming, where this tour will end.
